We deliver products across Bangladesh. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on your location. Shipping cost is added at checkout and is non-refundable once the product is shipped.

4. Payment

Payment is accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to pay full price including any delivery charge upon receiving the product.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns/replacements only for defective or damaged products. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product by calling our customer support. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 days.
